Spam filter for chat

Something like one message every 5 seconds and 3-5 messages per minute.


At the moment people can send few short messages per second, spamming up the entire screen, also the messages don't disappear, so you're stuck with it forever

maybe not 3-5 per minute but this is actually a good idea and im not sure why people disliked it
