Add a Hall of Fame and other leaderboards

They should contain the name of the player and the hero who the player has used

Categories:

- number of points the player has got

- number of assists

- maybe kills+assists/death

- more fun ones, like number of kills by bear/bomb/knife

- etc, I'm sure you will come up with some other cool categories

Like the achievements, the first (few) player(s) on the leaderboards could get a hero (given out monthly)

For most of these categories, it will make sense to have separate leaderboards for every hero
