Question about Browars

It's been a while since Browars's addition and i have a question:

Is this a special game mode event (like CTF and 3v3 arena) or it is a principal game mode (like 1v1 arena and football) ??

Ukryty, he mean that Rez will not return back 3v3 arena because we have browars. But CTF between bit time will return for a bit.
