Wilds.io, sistem requirements
To play Wilds.io you need to have the latest version of the browser you are using. Also, you have to have a pc with an operating system superior to Windows 7. As for the mobile version Rezoner has planned the idea long time ago but there have not been updates over this issue. For more information read these posts:

I dont think you need windows 7 or higher... It's a web game after all
The newest version of chrome or firefox need windows 7 or higher...
