Machine Gun Bows?

Just started playing again recently after a break and I noticed some guys are shooting arrows at an insanely fast rate. What's up with this? I am a bow user myself but I don't have a clue how these guys are maintaining fire so fast, it really diminishes the amount of skill involved.
