Show Gold Progress Bar In-Game

This would be very useful for gold farming.

It should be placed at the bottom right of the screen, slightly transparent. When gold is collected, it would become opaque and do the same animation as when the bones progress bar increases.

This way, we don't have to die to check our bank account!
