Client Side Everlasting Haste Effect

I saw a random haste potion effect that didn't disappear and only I was able to see it. (The multiple screenshots are showing that its not disappearing.)

Maybe you should see a psychiatrist. If you're hearing and seeing things that no one else can, you might have something wrong up there... ;)

It's sometimes spawning because someone died in this place, and its still glitched. Rezoner is probably still working on it, but this bug doesn't do anything wrong with gameplay.
