I suggest to do make the players who don't have team asylum, but to enter into it will be possible having a 100 bones. Or these players can be given awards which will make survival a little easier. For example, if you achieve 100 points, a potion will restore 3 , and with 200 bones, maybe a bit to increase speed.

And then to be popular on the server is not always good.
