Does block have effective arc?

Or does it block all 360 degrees? It seems like that and I think, that it's wrong.
I saw in some post, you were saying, that you're working on some changes with blocking system, so that might be an idea for it - limit it's effective arc to at least 180

It's 360 because I was lazy to implement it ;D

Block is really OP, fix it ASAP! Block spammers are getting on my nerves.
