Something is killing me outright. I don't know what it is.
I can have full health + potion, full shields, and be blocking, but something is killing me outright. I'm not near any of the "chomp gates". I suspect it has something to do with being attacked with a hammer, but I'm not certain.

sometimes, when you are knocked into a wall, a glitch occurs where the wall deals infinite damage. If that's not the case, then it could be the worm, sometimes it's invisible.
