Automatically use potions when health is low

When your health is very low, and you have a health potion in your bag, it's better to have it automatically used because the player might be in a battle and distracted ..

Not a bad idea since there is no gain from using it manually. Although let's wait for what the others think.

i think is a good idea beacous you can stay with the battle without paying attention at the lifes too much
