Press key to respawn instead of autorespawn

There is no way to pause the game, so laying dead for a while would be usefull sometimes.

Autorespawn could be an option, turned off by default.

Is it intentional that respawn rezes you first, then moves to a new spot?

In short it's a bug. I've already put that in TODOs :)
