higher CD for hammer skill required

I feel like it's much lower than sword and maybe even axe skill, but I'm not sure.

It generates hammer abuse in 1v1.

Do not vote or write on this, that's an old topic. Now CD for special skills is the same for all weapons (12 seconds)
