minor gilloutine bug report

Don't know if this is just a server-client disconnect or something, but I have been caught under the guillotine multiple times and not killed- I was just pushed to the side, and the guillotine turned bloody, but I was fine.


Also, you can dash through guillotine doors when they are closed. You should fix that.

Being able to bypass cutting doors by dashing, charging(since charge nerf) and quickjumping is known issue.

Sandworms and cutting doors not killing you when you have bunch of bones too.
